- Sick of those guitar tuning videos with distorted sound and/or only play the note 2 or 3 times which doesn't give you enough time to properly tune each note?
Those types of guitar tuning videos are really frustrating and you end up having to stop, start and repeat the video in order to hear each note enough times.
Our guitar tuning guide plays each string 8 times over a period of 16 seconds, which should give you plenty of time to correctly tune your guitar.
The tuning follows the standard tuning for 6 string guitar and can be used for either acoustic or electric guitar.

Look at it like this: you’ve already learned the intro, which is a bit tricky, timing-wise! But you’ve got that riff down! Just stay focused on how the song is structured. That helped me out quite a bit. I know a lot of people will disagree with me here…but the first verse is in some ways easier than that intro. I just wanted to encourage you. I remember how excited I was, just to be able to confidently play the intro on stage! And as I read your tale, it just brings back a lot of good, wholesome memories for me. Good luck with the bridge! It can be daunting.

@@louiselavigne5085 for motivation, try finding a song that's at your level and work on that between learning stuff that's not as exciting. I used to have lessons but then I stopped for a few years, and now I'm getting back into it by learning songs from different games I enjoy. Currently I'm learning Will Power from Persona.
However, make sure you don't overwork yourself. If you have exams and a performance coming up, you should probably get them out of the way.
Congrats on getting the part! Just think that you got the part because whoever chose you knows you can do it. Unfortunately other than that, I have no other performance advice (apart from don't worry if everything goes wrong in the final run through because it happens for everything). I can't act if my life depended on it 😂 Fortunately for you, you don't have to act like your life depended on it, because we're not in medival times 😂
