💯 it’s good to have that balance with comfort and discomfort. I’m big on cold showers, cold showers for me are mandatory, it keeps me sharp. Also semen retention, 2 years ago I quit masturbation cold turkey, and I’m not having sex until marriage, so semen retention is another tool for discipline, and some weeks I work 60 hours a week to stay busy.

What does being black have to do with it? Your child being in the system is a failure on your part. The parents have failed that poor child. You dont need Mike's BS. You need to man up and correct yourself and get your child back. Stop being a victim and making excuses. you dont need some internet dudes "wisdom" or "knowledge". This may seem harsh but it's called tough love. If my child was in the system I would do all in my power to get them back. I dont care if I was locked up. I dont care if I had addiction issues, etc my child would be back. If that's what you want... you can do it!
