ABANDONED FACTORY LIFTS (1970s Daka, 1950s Radnik)

These lifts are unfortunately in a state of disrepair, with many parts missing or completely corroded and rusted. Even so, it's interesting to see the various technical solutions implemented for a factory environment which wouldn't be seen in regular residential/commercial installations!

There’s an abandoned floor in my local shopping centre and it’s the underground parking floor -2, half of the lights still work but there’s no way on how to get in, there’s only one lift that can still go to -2. The main lifts can go there but they disabled the buttons so they don’t work anymore. I like how there’s still power to it

very much reminds me that in the building where my dad used to live (and still has his home address at) the elevator likely had buttons to go to the basement but they were removed. i never recalled the elevator going to the basement (it never appeared in the floor light panel either, even if they're original), so i wonder what the deal behind that is.
