These are people who think they have some right to know what anyone they come in contact with in their neighborhood so they can tell all their friends and neighbors. I call them nosey, entitled, busy bodies. They are completely wrong and ignorant of other people's rights.
It is not true that a utility pole necessarily marks the public right of way. The city or utility company may have an easement with the property owner allowing the utility pole to be where it is and to allow them, and only them, to access it for service and maintenance. I have a utility pole at the rear of my property with a similar easement. It doesn't give the public access to my property back to the utility pole.

I've been watching these types of videos for a while now. So each time I see one with people who think they're entitled to anything that is none of their F-ing business and they keep pushing is getting me (and I'm sure I'm not alone in this thought) to wonder; some day very soon, they're going to push the wrong person and someone is going to loose their cool and end their dumbasses once and for all. Take that however you want, but these two are going to get themselves un-alive if they don't start respecting other peoples rights and learning the law. In this day and age we're getting very annoyed with this BS.
