Thank you for all your helpful videos Jac! I watched the CS videos but subscribed because of your personality and fun way of delivering info! It would be really great to hear your insight on the application process and how to get interviews, not only in the CS but generally as well as it's can be difficult to sit through job application-related videos, and yours have all been enjoyable!

I love the enthusiasm Jac - I particularly enjoyed the Cornwall film and, thinking about it, the film out and about in Cardiff. I liked the playfulness and the enjoyment. Love of life is always infectious

Thank you Jac! You have brought a lot of value to a lot of people! You should be proud of what you have achieved and I don't doubt you have a lot more to offer yet 👍🏻

Hi Jack, I don’t know what you intend to do in the future but my tip is to you do videos about whatever you like and the audience will come.
I personally started following people that changed the chanel’s subject during their way and that’s fine because I like the person more than subject they’re are talking to and you probably be one of those 🥰

Thank you for sharing tips and experiences. Your videos are clear and well structured. It really really helpful. I am a fresh graduate and I feel lost before I start watching your videos T^T. Now I finally understand what employers want. I will definitely recommend your videos to my friends who get lost in applying civil service job like me LOL
If you don't mind, could you please talk about what is name blind recruitment? Some website said we need to mention the name of organisations we worked, and some of them said we shouldn't (the civil service application platform just require us to remove reference of educational institutions).

Hey, It just means you can't be identified personally. It's used to make the process fairer and more inclusive.

When you see the shot of him speaking to a camera, and realise that's actually what he has been speaking this entire time 😳

I found you through the Civil Service interview videos. I think that as a small CZcamsr it is hard to specialise in one topic, I have too many interests.
