Man has canonically tanked falling from a bridge into white water rapids, getting hit by a car going 60 MPH, getting beaten, punched, tazed, whipped etc. At this point, I wouldn't be shocked if Phoenix could both wield, and shrug off hits from Mjolnir.
That's not even mentioning the only consequences from the bridge and the car accident, being a cold and a broken ankle respectively. After falling 40 feet off a burning bridge and being ran straight into a lamp-post and being sent airborne. Phoenix can totally tank that Hadouken no problem.
