    I never felt the need for pre-work out but instead i make a herbal green tea with honey, lemon juice or acv, with a collagen and beet mix....works wonders!

      I stopped creatine since I got past my first 60 days in...feel I'm still growing fine

    Great work Tommy as always. Inspired me to run my first half marathon on Sunday, managed to hit sub two hours - not bad for a weight lifter - hybrid the way forward. 🇬🇧

    Thanks for the video Tommy!!! One question, are you becoming addicted to the bike? Do you like cycling or running more? It is less harmful and strengthens your legs!!

      Like I mentioned in the video, I don’t count calories. I mostly focus on keeping protein and carbs high in every meal.

      i would learn how to calculate macros, do it for 3 months, after that you WILL learn how to be more consistent with routines and will automatically have the same or almost the same meals while knowing how to change between carbs,fats and protein sources without having to be insane about it. we do the same exact thing, hes just in better shape haha. good video, good to know someone is getting results with just common sense, high protein should be in every meal throughout the day!
