    Valuable information…. I’m in the process of vacating my tenants … I’m in Texas .. this is my first time renting… a lot of lessons I have learned from these tenants tht will not happen again!!! I have learned a lot from ur videos..

    Amen! I wish i adopted this (stop being nice) approach 15 years ago. I recently have adapted to this and i get much better sleep, rent is finally paid on time, and the property is better kept by tenants. My quality of life is improving because of this.

    ....why am I thinking that there is no class room there? I suspect that he is pretending to speak to a group......trying to make it seem like he is actually capable of generating a group who'd want to listen to him....
