What you post on the CZcams is hardly taught in the busy rounds in the hospital thank you so much for linking the pathophysiology with the clinical science. Really appreciated. Keep it up !

First of all I wish you and your loved ones, health, wealth and happiness always. Just a very sincere advice. Please do not look for any kind of treatment on the internet. This is a very dangerous trend. Other than a fantastic source of information that was never available to human kind before, the internet has also become a tool for some to fool innocent people. Please see a qualified doctor in your area for the treatment.
Difficult questions. Depends upon many factors. The best modality is echocardiography, however, chest x-ray, ECG and some blood tests are very useful complementary investigations. Depending upon the severity of the condition chest x-ray is frequently (not always) the first investigation to pick up abnormalities which are then further investigated by echocardiography and other tests.
Hello Sir very well lectured teaching. Thank ou for sharing these Video's. In the end of this Video you stated some causes for hardening of arteries from Medication's One is Morphine and Anti Inflammatory drugs. is there concern for many years of use if Morphine extended use for pain management issues? Thank You
Hi Ameer, Unfortunately, this is something I can't help with. The best I can do is to write captions which I have done. If that can't help then there are many other people with good English accent making videos. Please benefit from them. You do not have to watch my videos.
