Hi sir my gulf medical failed because they are telling i have calcification marks on right side of chest i consultant doctor he said i have no issues but this report is not accepted by gcc health centres

I would like to ask, two years ago the report on my X-ray says: bilateral apical scarring, and I just took another X-ray last week and this time it says biapical pleural thickening, are they the same?
