Quick note on paragon strategy. I also get all damage life and armor penn nodes first along with actives I need. Working on armor right now since we have enough pts to max all of these and then resistance will be next and lastly potency. U can save different paragon setups for diff modes-its a pain in the ass but worth it to not waste unnecessary pts in gladiator in pve armory slot or passive nodes like resistance which are completely useless and then opposite for pvp, don't need to waste filling out vanquisher treasure hunter massacre etc. Also u mentioned life is important for your shields, it does help montebauk but shield of zen is based on your dmg not life.
A pvp build u can try and review in your channel that has a few variations is:
Peerless conductor, arc of ascendants, spokes on wheel, fire palm dash offhand, traveling scold, feline defiance enlightenment blessing and new helm for palm with deadly reach exploding palm flying kick mystic strike and shield of zen. Use 4vithu 2 gloom u will have 8 dashes and 9 beneficial effect casts so will have 100% uptime on both. If u have multiple awakened gems u can put them in both mainhands for 20% deadly reach dmg and if u have a 3rd put it on chest for 10% shield of zen cd reduction. If u have gems inside for the first tier this could add up to 29% primary attack dmg AND the enemies will basically always be vulnerable from 2nd MH (10% additional dmg taken for 3.2sec with a 25% chance happens constantly when u have 60-80% attack speed which this build will have depending on your reforges and legendaries). U will also have 44% extra dmg, excluding gems, from gloom palm and flying kick. Cast zen for cc immunity and movement speed and then engage combat with mystic strike to long dash in and knockup, follow with flying kick to push them back and proc everything, palm to burn and Inc dmg, then blast away with primary. Repeat rotation as necessary to re position and keep all buffs up managing cds by spacing your non primary attacks to overlap so you're never without vithus or gloom up and watch everyone get stun locked into oblivion. Use block wb room, and stun ptoperty with either 4tortured for lower cd and 1 sec immobilize with 4 invocations especially dash, beneficial effect (both have 50% chance for proc) and primary attack but the ones that are taking or dealing dmg are good too. U could also do 6tortured 2 invocation for the 2sec immobilize or 4tortured 2 lash 2invocation.
If u find u r being knocked up and interrupted too much and enjoy zen shield being a dash u can replace arc of ascendant with intervening law, fire plam dash with offhand for invisibility for mystic strike, then helm and chest use the anti dash inner sanctuary with the anti knockup modifier chest and fight inside the snow globe by dashing in and casting this first before primary attacking. Necros and bks will get very confused and monks will be absolutely useless fighting u in here. Other essences are the same. Would love to hear what u think after trying these. Gems I use with this are bsj, hope, bile, gloom, power and command. Mothers lament, conc will, frozen heart.

Which one do you consider to be the best gems for the event conqueror ?
BSJ for sure for the movement speed, gloom cask, frozen heart, starfire those would be my first picks kir sling is also one of the best PvP gem

Sometimes noble path doesnt do any damage it all. It does knock them up yes but no damage😢
Yeah that happens on all abilities some time....
How do you against Blood Knights that use immunity abilities and drain life? They are so hard to kill. What do you do as a monk? Can you make a video against Blood Knights?
You mostly need to avoid them while they are on immunity, try use the movement speed on shield of zen to get out of range

I played some games back in the day where you needed to smash one button way too fast, not sure if its helping me out here, but I don't think it's really necessary here

I just use something I have I don't have luxury to choose, but CW, bile, BSJ, Howlers, Chip, kir sling, mother's lament, berserkers
Now only copy BSJ, mother, berserker for PvE and for pvp, BSJ, kir, mother

Yeah it can be hard, I suggest going in with fist of thunder and instantly use flying kick after followed up with the combo explained in video
