Yeah that dark cover is a nice addition!
I used the new shoulder in BG and checked the effect there - I did not see the vithu graphic on the people not in my party. So I strongly believe vithu is not applied to anyone outside your party.

From resent patch they removed the raid wide wave of light and it only affects party members the normal dungeon build is very viable now too:czcams.com/video/uX6vUirigYk/video.html
So you called out 3 main hand weapons, which 2 are the priority weapons for this build?
I am kinda confused as there are 2 MH and 2 offhands
Main hand: order without sin and shattering spall
Off hand: columns of shiver and respites sight

Is the damage inner sanctuary better than the crit chance version?
With banner yes, with another DMG buff and no banner the CRIT sanctuary is better
So tldr if you have crusader use the dmg buff

Well that didn't last long.. but it was bit broken in PvP

Hello, I noticed that with the patch you cant no more put the bell on the other allies that are not in your team😢. Anyway you can put the other essence that speed up your attack speed.
