cerebellar dysplasia with inferior vermian hypoplasia .please explain mam
In this condition, patient will present as ataxic gait, hypotonia, nystagmus and delayed development.
This is also a part of Joubert syndrome.

Thick basal exudates are responsible for hydrocephalus

If serial measurements r suggesting that it is progressive then surgery is indicated. Otherwise brain development will be affected.
