As a health coach, he's been coaching for several years and was featured on Time Warner's Get Fit. He's helped hundreds of individuals not only burn fat and build muscle, but also create a healthy active lifestyle so that people no longer have to yo-yo.
He's recognized for his zen style leadership. Combine that with his passionate vision of guiding others to become their best selves, gives him an authority when it comes to personal transformation. Whether it be through dance or fitness classes, he coaches individuals to gain the confidence they seek and get they results they never thought was possible.

Mia is one of the most underrated performers of 4th Gen Kpop. She is a phenomenal dancer and main vocalist. It’s so nice to see Onda shouted out as a top performer too! ☺️
I'm so happy girl groups are getting more intense choreographies now. 🥰 Everglow gets so much flack for leaning into the whole "banger" genre but they're amazing at it so I don't see a problem.

Mia is one of the main dancers of the group and Onda is one of the lead dancer of the group. Everglow is having a comeback December 1st called “Return of the Girl”, I know they’ll eat up again so I hope you keep a look out for it and make a video on it!

Onda basically went from getting 5 seconds of screen time for their previous MVs to now being in the centre so much and even starting off the dance break!!!! Rly super proud of her growth. She and Mia really killed it for this song. Even though sometimes Mia seems a bit too much in her facial expressions to me (personal taste - def not a slight against her) it's necessary on stage and looks rly good~
To me its Onda. She scowls through whole song. And it looks forced and unnatural

Fun fact. This was choreographed by BBtrippin. They normally do chores for Ateez. That's why this don't look like other girl group choreo

I'm pretty sure that they will save 2021 Kpop with their upcoming comeback.
Their upcoming is on 1st December.
Their ttitle tracks choreo and Bsides are on another level.
Dude I just got into KPOP a few months ago..and Im an old metal head. But I used to hit the dance clubs in the day and have had an appreciation for it since.
But, my knowledge is nothing compared to yours and it was cool to see my opinion confirmed. Theyre great. Its like, Idk if you know about the choreography from the 90s like Paula Abdul etc but is it just me or have they like 5X the choreography now in Korea? Seems like they put the kitchen sink in there.
Oh, you HAVE to do a reaction to their La Di Da video. Or maybe the performance video like this. The dance they do in the chorus...dude its so up there like...top 5 all time for me. So cool.
