I appreciate your run but be prepared, that there will be several attempts. It is really hard (mabe impossible challenge for even pro pvz 2 players) Due to special gimmics some levels are straight up already impossible. But I wish you patioence and good luck anyway!
So I’ve been wondering if the challenge is even possible since there’s a level in Jurassic march (level 29 I believe) that only gives you 3 plants and one of them is primal potato mine. I can’t imagine anyone beating that level in a nuzlock.
use the upgrade system youre plants will do more damage the other viewers just want to see you struggle more in this game with only level 1 plants to save youre sannity UPGRADE YOURE PLANTS otherwise say bye bye to most of youre plants or maybe youre whole run

May I speak on behalf of everyone here; PLEASE use your plant food. There is absolutely no point in saving it at the end of a level; it doesn’t carry over and you coulda save both snapdragon AND bonk choy with that ish

You can use your plantfood to make your plant immune for the duration and I think heal it to full HP. So if a zombie has an instakill option for your plant, you can dodge it if you use your plantfood at the right time

I'd add on that trying different plant foods can make all the difference, IE not just repeater
As someone who's 100% this game, I want to offer a few modifications to the rules:
-I think you should bring back the Potato Mine (and any other preplanted plant that died), we agree that preplanted plants don't count and its not fair to elimate them when you can't control what happens to them
-You should be able to use your power-ups more than once, I know it sounds cheap, but with the amount of insta-kill zombies and the number of spamming this game does, you might need this in order for this run to even be REMOTELY possible
-Allow the use of Zen Garden and Rent a Plant, as long as you don't lose it when you plant it
Good luck on this run because this game is harder than the first by a LANDSLIDE

-Save your pea pod for BWB, you'll need it
-Every time you see chicken wranglers, use lightning reed, this is not negotiable
-chicken wrangles release chickens when they take dmg and don't die, so stuff like coconut cannons can wipe them cleanly
-Use your winter melon for prospector (jumpy) zombies when you unlock it (any ice plant shuts off their dymanite)
-Pianos instakill like barrel rollers, but they only have the hp of a conehead
-rodeo imps jump over your first 3 ish plants and leave a bull zombie behind, better have a sturdy wall
-fucking plant food your sun producers early game

Prospector zombie is basically a digger zombie
20:42 they removed more mini games, just get the older version because it’s easier because you don’t have to play the game out of order, far future is world 4, frostbite caves is actually world 7
Damn, losing 2 really cool plants in the same episode. The dragon in particular was one of my favorite plants to use most of the game on release because stacking the dmg and 3-range is really good.
Other than that, great video! Be sure to test whatever plant food does in each plant instead of just the main damage plants, it can be really usefull. Some levels might be easier by plant-fooding sunflowers earlier to build better defenses (specially since you can't shovel your plants) and on spike-weed it pushes all the zombies in the lane to that spike-weed tile (and does some dmg), so if a lot of zombies are getting close to the plants, you can push them all to the back to the start while killing the weaker ones

take your save file and put it in an older version because you need the infanut as soon as possible, when it gets destroyed it comes back and it has less pop ups, actually it has no pop ups

Well, considering coral evels + no upgrades + no power ups the game is already impossible to complete
yeah pvz2's definition of difficulty is throwing zombie right inside of your defenses and instantly deleting your plants
Hey bro, you know you can use plant food on sun producers for like, a ton of sun right? the first plant food you get in the level should pretty much always immediately go to your sun maker plant (sunflower gives like +150 sun, twin about +300 iirc, sun shroom +100 ish)

They should make the plants more expensive but more powerful to make it good
The concept of upgrading plant is nice in my opinion. But sadly no zombie balancing against the upgraded plants. Like peashooter could be a one shot plant to the basic zombie which is super broken.
Basically when there's upgraded plants, the amount of zombie can be increase or the other stats of the zombie increase but not making it obvious
The Lost City burn tiles do not cast a good future for this run

Ay dude I know you were very annoyed by the pop ups for your quest but you might actually want to look in the missions for part 3 cause you can get a pretty good amount of coins from them ( whitch you can save for plant food )
