    Also those different settings are if you have the trimmer and trim your rubbers you can trim down one rubber 3-4 times before it’s totally finished and each time you trim you bump it up one notch all the way to the top 😉👍🏻

      You can actually trim them 12 times!!!! I do it with the Sörbo docket.

      About 40 degrees Unger Ergotec Ninja handles, they are made to work with a pole. To work by hand, 30 degrees is recommended. This is why you don’t like 40 degrees I think.

    "Cadillac of Squeeges" Im starting to like you 😃✌️ I prefer the Cobra channel for storfronts and larger windows, inside houses and smaller windows I use the Ultralight channel with an Ettore handle ,,, 45° long before anyone else,,, 😎 🇸🇪✌️

    I have the original 3×4 Channel Sörbo use to powder coat them white but people started complaining about the chips so he changed it to the Quicksilver The original clips were also flat no two bumps on them

    The top two groves in the sorbo channel are for when you re cut the rubber to give you a new edge.

      nigel rickard annnnnddd it’s there to help you high pole
      It means you can use less pressure against the glass and let the rubber so the work.
      Iv never used it but it works

      They make the best rubber, you need to start using it, to get to know it ✌️😉

      @@Robert-ij9ih used it for 2 years straight while the company i worked for payed for it. Its a good rubber but not as robust as BD and too thick to fit in a Liquidator or trad channels

    • @Robert-ij9ih
      @Robert-ij9ih Před 5 lety +1

      Sunshine Windows I saw Stephen use something else in his Sörbo channels, that’s to me like “better up” a Picasso painting 🖼 with spray paint,,, BUT I have no problems with Pulex rubber in my wagtails or Unger channels 😄 But I do like the Sörbo rubber because it’s not robust as you say. It never leaves an “arch” 🤔 when you do window inside people home... etc... For me the uniqueness with Sörbo lies in the natural rubber. Sometimes you can mix, sometimes it doesn’t work at all like putting Sörbo rubber in an Unger channel,, too sloppy ,,, Just not designed for it✌️😎 Cheers

      @@Robert-ij9ih can do pretty special things with spray paint just need a big big canvas or better yet a wall. Everything has a place 👍

    Hey fluff daddy my man thank you so much for breaking that down. Is there any other squeegee rubber that you tried out like black diamond that performs well with the sorbo's I've had sorbo's for a long time as well but the rubber is pretty expensive... :)

      @Fluff Daddy ok that's what I'll get, thx. And where do I get that docket you mentioned?

  • @blueyedlove319
    @blueyedlove319 Před 5 lety

    Sorbö is great. We use 24” and 16” all day every day. On big glass we use the 30”. I’ve tried other “wide body” channels And I don’t like any of them as good as my Sorbö. I’m not fond of other non-sorbö rubber either. Fluff daddy rules!
