Gabrielle Christina Victoria a.k.a. Gabby Douglas is the first US-American artistic gymnast to win gold in both the individual all-around and team competitions at the same Olympic Games. She is also the first African American to become the Olympic individual all-around champion. After her two gold medals at both the all-around and team competitions at the 2012 London Olympics, Douglas also won Gold four years later at Rio 2016, where she was a member of the US gold-winning team, nicknamed the "Final Five" by the media, alongside Aly Raisman and Simone Biles. We bring you all of Gabby Douglas's medal routines from the Olympics! Enjoy watching!

As a matter of fact that was her only individual medal of any kind at a major event up until that point. what Gabby did was fantastic, yes but it did nothing to influence simone. I still remember her home town Virginia Beach Va didn't recognize her in any kind of celebration as the first black women of her achievements. I know in part that jealousy and racism played it's part. But one thing that is for sure the haters can't take her place in history. Ms. Biles is great in her own right and time, and that will not be denied, but Ms. Douglas you will always be my HERO. @QueenStinga 357, the Gabby critics were (1) a certain group self-hating couch potatoes criticizing her hair and (2) a group of Pretend Patriots pretentiously criticizing her for not showing the random gestures they think of as patriotism. Most of Group 1 couldn't get up without grunting if they were paid and some of Group 2 were probably at the US Capitol Insurrection on 1/6/21. The US is not despicable; some of its citizens....well.
