A lot of my friends are in their early 30s and they look exactly like they did at 27. You don't suddenly start to crumble to dust at 30. Most people in their early 30s don't have much in. The way of wrinkles etc.
True in fact 26 is usually the best time to start an anti aging skin care routine because it slows the aging process down before it starts but you don't suddenly go grey at 30. You just have intentionally more experience when you get older so there more afraid to manipulate you then they are a 19 year old that barely became an adult. They don't like fully grown women anyways because there not fully grown men yet there boys still and that's usually why they struggle with relationships and intimacy because they expect everything to happen to women overnight and no matter what you do nothing will ever be good enough until we come out with a pill to stop us from aging.

You don't need retinol unless you have acne or anti-aging issues. Just by seeing her face and video don't compare your skin. Try to eat healthy , hydrate yourself n exercise and do the basic CTM n sunscreen routine. Retinols need good application of sunscreen to show results so if u have to be lazy don't touch them n not apply enough sun protection there's no point in starting it. Retinols has side effects too please read about those (one of them is related to pregnancy) Trust me, don't do it.
