I havenât forgotten the day that I saw Jean Smart in a small cafĂ© in a north Georgia town where I was visiting. She was checking out at the register and I was behind her. I respectfully told her how much I enjoyed the show, Designing Women. I did not scream and jump up and down and act like a schoolgirl, I was an adult woman who just wanted to give her some appreciation. She turned and looked at me and said âleave me alone.â I promptly left her alone. Maybe she was having a bad day. She could have just said âthanks.â And turned back around.
Maybe she just wanted to get her coffee in peace.
Well, you handled it with class. We can have no idea what state of mind, a person in this situation, could've been in⊠she may have just found out someone died an hour prior. She could have been a mean person. Nobody knows except her ~
God bless you..â€
I've heard fans say she's lovely in person. How long ago did this happen?
I know @mygrammieis I love watching this seeing all the interesting things that happened before we were born. When my grandma was alive I love talking to her about things she did as a child and more.
My 11th generation grandfather was William Brewster. He was the religious leader of the new Plymouth Colony. â€
â€â€wish i could find all this out about my life
Sooo interesting đ§
Jean does very well at reading that truly awful penmanship!
She sure doesâŠ
It's really not that badly written. I do Genealogical studies all the time. Many were illiterate back then. Maybe 10% of the population was reasonably well educated.
@@beverlyshaw7434 I'm talking about the penmanship, not the content - let's not pretend it's anything but horrid! No need to award them a 21st century participation trophy in arrears, sweetie!

Thatâs a truly unbecoming toenail of her. Rbf is running the show in it. Did she make someone angry or something?
She's very focused. Perspective đ
