Going to church at Christmas time when I was a kid was not just boring, it actually spoilt Christmas for me because it made me feel guilty that I was getting presents and I should have been sending them to Africa for those starving little black children that never knew anything about Jesus.
I'm so glad I can now actually enjoy the holiday without Jeepers Creepers.

"Nobody has the right to not be offended" is a brilliant and underused idea.

~ Loving the archived videos, thank you, Jen and Matt, in 2019. I keep noticing misspellings, especially cities and states and countries like Afghanistan and Virginia. Just an observation, not a criticism! Cheers, DAVEDJ ~ i

I laughed WAY too hard at the "Matt Dillahunty tickles me" suggestion, lmfao.

Adnaan - in Sweden we call xmas "Jul" and it is a holiday for everyone, even the few muslims and few xtians we have. It is named after the old mid winter festival of heathens.

Australia doesn't really have a state religion.
Only technically through being part of the Commonwealth, but we operate independently from Britain, for the most part.
We are a very atheist country, so what Matt says about that situation doesn't really apply.
