You have answered your own question here kind of!? From an outsider there is a reason the fatigue and crappy feeling has been present, and thatâs because you are doing way more than you used to! Physiatrist is correct to be proud of you and is right! The fatigue is just your body catching up, you will have more uppy and downy days while it adjusts to this, the walks, the working. And what has got you back to this current you? Sertraline! You are doing it right though give it a week then see if you decide to go up! If Iâm honest Iâve found Audiologists to be more focused on hearing and the ears etc, whereas psychiatrists focus on the mind and body connection, which we know this is! I keep getting sick with colds etc and my symptoms spike but Iâm trying to push through each day while working but looking after myself and using parasympathetic breathing when I get bad! Have a great weekend and make sure you keep laughing! You are getting there slowly but surely! x
That is a dilemma Dee. I agree with Steves, as an outsider it does seem like you are doing a lot. Maybe take it a bit slower/more relaxed coming days and see what that does? I am starting Lexapro coming weekend (well, I'm still hesitant..). Tr
Hi Dee. My abgyn canceled on me. A lady was giving birth lol. I spoke to my phycologist and I told him about the on going anxiety and the fatigue and the eye twitches cold chills hot flashes ect. We came to the conclusion that Zoloft is not helping. We switched me to Effexor and I started this am. Let me tell you how I havenât had any anxiety all day đź. Like what?! The only thing I felt was a headache in the afternoon and dizziness but not the normal one we get but dizzy from the meds. I usually use two Xanax a day. Is 6:10 pm here I was able to cook and clean. I am relaxing now. I will keep u posted. I wonât go see the obgyn until week two of being in meds to make sure I am a bit more stable. â€
Hi Dee Very frustrating and confusing. By the way you look great! I know our eyes get very fatigued. I think you will know if you need to up.your dose.
Hi Dee. May I ask when you increased your dose of sertraline every time, do you see the effect of increased dose after complete 6-8 weeks or it need less time because already youâre on lower dose ?
Hello Dee, I have been watching all your videos and you are the reason that I decided to go on medication for PPPD. I am on Effexor now and it does seem to help me, although I had COVID a week ago and it is setting me back a little. May I ask if your symptoms returned to baseline after COVID? If so, how long did it take? †thanks for the videos and wish you the best with whatever you decide to doâ€
Thank you so much thatâs so nice to hear Iâve helped someone in some way and Iâm glad youâre getting some relief from it đđŒ Covid I was positive for 2 weeks and it took around another 2 weeks to return to baseline but obviously we are all different. I thought it would set me back massively but actually it wasnât as bad as I thought. Take care of yourself â€
Have a great weekend! And laugh loads.
You are getting there.

Thanks Steve for the encouragement. Itâs harsh that youâve been unwell so frequently but still marching forward! Amazing â€

My friend just said the same! She said you were doing better when you just focussed your attention on your horses and creativity!

I would probably wait a week and see if it improves then l think l would go up.
Hola Dee!!!
My gp is the same.

8-12 weeks I give it before making a decision but I usually notice a difference within 2-4 weeks of each dose increase. Hope that helps x
