- Introducing the new Holman Aspect Wi-Fi Analyst, the latest in our range of innovative Weather Stations. Watch the video on how to install the station, as well as how to connect directly to the wi-fi and link the indoor and outdoor units.
The system consists of a data-gathering station which is mounted on the outside of your home and transmits the collected data wirelessly to a pad inside the house that has all the readings and results.

Thank you for the video, Interesting that for the Southern Hemisphere you point it South. My previous WS of a different brand told me to point it North. The Weather Underground was very interesting. Great WS for the price
Hi thanks for the video , it helped me set up my weather station in the UK
Great to hear Derek. Happy that we could help!
Many thanks for this excellent video...I would never have got this right using the complicated instruction manual.
Hi,
thanks for your video.
Is it possible to measure the distance between the two screws of the solar shield? If you can also measure the distance between the two interlocking pins of the solar shield with the body of the station.
Thanks
what if I switch off the wireless router for a longer time (over night). Is the data lost or does the station save it and synchronize it later? thanks ...
Just got this and installed it like a few hours ago (30 July 2023) my only issue is I found if you unplug it you have to re-enter the wifi and other info to get it back online. Why can't the screen have a battery to save this basic info?
Is it supposed to automatically connect to each other? I can see the wireless signal blinking on the display unit but it's not registering wind speed, direction etc
I just purchased a WS5070W and intend to mount it clear of my second storey roof line. The manual suggests 1.5 mtrs but is it possible to exceed that height without losing the signal between the console? I estimate the distance to be 10 metres.
Does it need to point EXACTLY South, in within 10 - 15 degrees is ok? In another Holman Video (How To Install an Aspect Weather Station with The Garden Gurus) they don't mention the direction at all - they just mount it to a random fence!!
Very good and funny videos bring a great sense of entertainment!
Does this device connect to an app and display the same readings as the main controller ?
hi my modem wont go online please help
So is this basically the Bresser weather station? But under an export name for Australia?
Also known as a Logia as well
As soon as I power up the device the alarm does not stop?
Hi Mat, can you please let us know what model weather station do you have? Thanks!
Helpful video thank you, altho i have followed all the instructions and at the end it says set up complete and all looks good but then my device status on wunderground is still offline, even after waiting a few hours even days after setting it up it does not turn online. I can not figure out why, i have tried everything and followed all instructions several times
I've got the exactly the same problem!! did you sort it?
charms929 nah mate, ive given up for the time being. So frustrating.
Hey, what about now ? Did u solve it and does it work now ? I know it’s been 11 months but maybe you can still give me an answer, because we‘re at the same point right now
Did you solve it?
Mine was working for about 3 months. Now the wunderground says offline. I’ve called Holman directly. They said “it should just connect, it’s your internet”. But reading many comments. It seems to be a fault with the device.
still don't understand why north needs to be changed when you have to turn the station around in the settings surely if you pointed it north and left it on northern hemisphere mode it wouldn't affect the readings. the only thing I can see this doing is turning the wind around to compensate for having this backwards
Hi Ben, turning the weather vane around and adjusting the setting ensures, that you receive the correct moon phases to align with the Southern Hemisphere.
