Hi Mike! I agree that practice makes perfect cause I know a lot of family member who are not welder but they do it hehe. The outcome is even nicer that what I have seen before 😅. Thanks for reminding us not to forget to wear gloves although you yourself forgot it, but hey you wore it after you found your helmet hehe. I know very little about cars etc but I always admire how patient and dedicated you are to your work 😊👍

Thank you. I'm self taught. I never went to school for any of these things I do. I just try it or ask questions. Now it's easier with youtube. U can just look up how to do stuff. I had to learn without yt. Hahaha.
Oh yes. Always wear safety equipment when work on things. I always wear it after I get burned or cut .. it's always a quick reminder. Hahaha

No safety glasses or gloves. When I took shop in school (a little while ago) we used to watch a film series of "Primitive Pete." When it came to safety he was just like you, Mike! But, the welding gloves came on and the job was well done!

I wish someone can do that to my 2006 hummer h3. I have exactly the same issue. Here in New Jersey, the bodyshop and auto repair shop declined to fix it. I can do it myself if i have a welding machine and a place to work on it.
