    Considering a total extra calorie requirement of 80,000kCal during whole of pregnancy, 300/day throughout pregnancy is the closest option.
    Data as per ncbi.

      There is no extra calorie requirements in 1st trimester... She came at 12 weeks so recommend her 400 kcal in second trimester ( bcuz 3rd trimester option has "only" word making it wrong)

    Sir in that question u uploaded based on about the cord tearing during controlled cord traction of placenta... The question was not what is the best step of management....the typical words were "What will be the further course of action? "....
    And the options were the same

      so that is also a contraindication ...if it was given.
      but yes, in a leaking (ROM) pregnancy also we dont do the cerclage. so either on of these would have been given in the choices

    Like 400 calories extra in third trimester only
    300 calories in first
    trimester only

    The question no. 1 is talking about 12 weeks pregnant woman. I wonder how is 12 weeks equivalent to 3rd trimester!!🤣
