Poor Master Roshi... Everyone talks about them losing their loved ones and wanting to pass on, but Roshi has been through it all. Watched his master and fellow students be killed and sacrifice their lives against King Piccolo, watched his best friend walk away from him and follow a path of evil, coming to learn that his best student Gohan passed away before him, then everyone else passing away before him far after that.

What an incredible story. in my youth, Krillin was a favorite character of mine. This truly was the best send off he possibly could receive. They say itâs not about what you take with you in the afterlife, but what you leave behind.
Krillin May lose battles, he may stagger to his feet-
But he got the greatest victory of them all.
That being:
A happy life, a happy wife, and a wonderful passing.
To go in your sleep-is so sudden. So unexpected.
But, so peaceful.
The smile on his face as he drifted away?
That one panel, as beautifully as it was told in this video-
Will always resonate with me. There was no fear in the face of it all. But, rather, anything but.
Instead, it was a level of acceptance and a sense of accomplishment towards all that he could have done in one lifetime.

According to these epilogue videos to the whole series, yes, Master Roshi outlives all of them from childhood to old age. In another episode Roshi also passes and the Kame House lies in shambles beneath a highway bridge insignificant to the modern day inhabitants, forever forgotten showing the brief instant in time we occupy and soon no one remembers us or how we lived.

I honestly needed this. My mother died last year, my grandma, and many others I see as family. This honestly hit hard, but definitely something I needed.
I'm actually terrified of my loving grandma to pass soon... She is 70+ and I will fckin cry my eyes out if she did... She took care of me when I was a child when my parents were working... She defends me when I'm being scolded by my parents... There is nothing more I love than her... And I would be serious depressed if she passes and I don't even know if I can move on... She just... She did so much things for me and I never really thanked her... Actually you know what I am going to hug her as tight as I possibly can, and thank her for what she did when my parents couldn't. Thank you. Grandma, for everything... I will miss you so much when the day comes...
