This video may appear simple on the outside, but it includes a few different things I think are important. First off, a ceramic coating update on the Kamikaze coating I applied to this Land Cruiser about 3 months ago. Is it still working properly? 100%. This is the happiest I have been with a ceramic coating in a very long time. Secondly, I updated my EGO blower to a stubby nozzle and with the help of Blowerband got the tip protected. It no longer feels like a garden tool and has taken on the form of a proper detailing blow dryer, very hyped on this. I hope you guys enjoy this video and that everyone is having a great week. @@ChromaticGarage I had an 11 IS350 C that had almost 200k miles. Owned the car for 11 years and put a whopping $486 into it. $400 in brakes and $86 radiator.
As an amateur detailer with hard water in Florida this title gave me a heart attack 🥲 also I love the plier/key combo. Lol
ONR+ distilled water 2.5 gal per wash. Use a shampoo with water softening agents as your pre foam. I wash black supercars in direct sun this way , no DI water.

Awesome Victor! A little goes a long way with sanding. Focus more on skimming off the dead layer of clear, and less about sanding out the scratches.

@@ChromaticGarage oh homie, 42 is solid. My direct sunlight down here is just brutal. We are truly in the desert, think sage brush and tumbleweeds. The only thing is that we are in high elevation so it does snow a fair amount. But the flipping dry, arid air is brutal in the sun. I was pumped when I moved into this house and the garage was big enough to double as the detailing/filming studio. Life changing!

Do you wash interior of the frame?
I do. There are openings at the end of the frame rails that a Pressure washer nozzle fits in I spray some degrease in there and let it dwell then blast it out with PW.
Living in the PNW were always battling rust so After I clean and dry, I spray fluid film in there Every fall, and coat the rest of the frame in the same. Really helps with rust.
