    I saw it yesterday. I am getting a lift terminal tour at Sunday River this weekend but I loved having everything exposed in that monster bottom terminal!

    What are the pros of a double position grip? And how is the force of the clamp tested (for safety)?

      This design allows less actuation cycles saving on service life compared to other detachable grips. The grip force is measured as deflection measurements on a steel plate for the contact surface of the actuation roller.

    Does 5000 represent 5000kg clamp pressure?

    Out of interest what do the bus bar rails charge or power when the chair is in the station ?

      Good question, at this station the power rails are used for powering a bus rail on the carrier of which heating elements are connected. 1 heating element per seat.

      @@LiftTech yes it is for heating the seats. the seats get heated in the stations/(s) and the remaining heat is enough to keep you warm for the rest of the journey

      Is that why it makes the squeaking noise?

    • @LiftTech
      @LiftTech  Před 2 lety

      No. The tires are fine, its actually new rubber and wet traction plates on the grips. It was raining in November.
