I have this unit for the price its pretty good. even at 1800W load it maintained 110V output. i did ac capacity test and got about 85 percent advertised capacity. during black Friday it was on sale for 499 USD. the only issue i saw is while ac inverter is on there is a small fan always running in the background i guess its a good thing to keep things cool but it does use up capacity. just leaving ac inverter on uses about 2 percent battery per hour. leaving dc on don't use much at all. warranty is good at 5 years.

I've had this unit for about 3 months and for the money you can't beat it. And inexpensive unit under $500 that accepts 650 watts of solar. I have a couple of inexpensive units and this is always my go-to one.

Yeah, I like this one, and the r2500 is really sweet. Thanks

I think you could use a step down transformer (I1V1 =I2V2) with solar panels in series if you wanted to go at a higher current but I would see the rating

Well what you buy at this price for 1800 watts

Hi everyone, just to let you all know that ALLPOWERS doesn’t make an expandable battery for the r1500 model, which makes the two ports on the side of the unit useless! To me, that’s false advertising.
If you want to have expandable batteries, you would have to buy the r3500 at least, to have this feature, which costs a fair bit more.
So be aware before you purchase the r1500 model.

60V input are VOC? What's the number of the cell's used in battery pack? How many in series and how many in parallel?

    • @BradCagle
      @BradCagle  Před 8 měsíci

      Yes 60 VOC. It's a 48v battery so should be 16s

@@BradCagle one more question please: *Does this option stay on or close by itself after some time? I have many problems with the R3500 and I need the powerstation to stay on continuously, and when I need it I can activate any port in the application via wifi*

I would rather see a AC capacity test since the unit is over 1000wh and expandable.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll see if my kill-o-watt meter will work for this.

Dc output under 8 Amp load under 12 volts. I don't trust this unit...

Yeah, it sure did sag under 12v. I just noticed that too.

would that matter if i used this just for a portable refrigerator?
my setpower draws at most 55 watts

15 amp ac should support 1800 watts shouldn't it? I don't trust this unit...

Allpowers sucks! Save your money. Ive had 3 of their units. First 2 came DOA. 3RD one wont hold the charge after a month. Cheap china crap. Same your money and save for a better unit
