- A family in the Antelope Valley believes it was fireworks that ignited on the roof of their home, leading to a fire that has left them sleeping in an RV on their property. KTLA's Angeli Kakade reports on July 2, 2024.

I lived in Palmdale we had a big party for 4th of July, bought tons of safe and sane fireworks, one kid wore long pants to the party, a safe and sane spinner firework spun past the kid and his pant leg caught on fire and erupted up his pants fast, we were all so freaked out trying to get the fire out on his pants, glad the kid was o kay , but really got us all thinking twice about fireworks.
