If you've been watching MKBHD for some time, you can clearly notice how much effort he puts into making content more aesthetically appealing and his attention to detail. A tip I've seen ppl give on YT with shooting videos using manual focus or fixed focus lenses is to use a string or wire attached to your (moving) subject so that when it is in tension you know you're in focus.
