I'm sorry son never took me to such a great restaurant while visiting him in Gurgaon. I'm going to make Akoori right now as I've too many eggs in the fridge. On the whole, you gave some wonderful tips. Thank you. When in Delhi, I'll visit your restaurant provided I can order Dhanshak and some of the other Parsi delicacies.
Funny, I am originally from Poona (yes, I know that it isn't politically correct but when I lived there that was the official name!) as everything that Anahita said was so normal and I was wondering why she had to explain it. I guess Bombay (as stated on my birth certificate) and Poona (see above) are so used to Bawas (as they are called in our neck of the woods) that we take it for granted that the rest of the country knows this. Love Akuri/Akoori!
thank god that ur not born before 1947. otherwise u may have called ur self british. As ur birth certificate may show birth place as British India.
Very well explained thnx Chef Anahita i will soon make this :)

Thank you for showing kitchen of Soda bottle operwala...such a costly restaurant and sooo dirty kitchen, even vessels are old aluminium, even dhabawalas kitchen would look more clean than this.
Their kitchen is clean, I don’t know what you’re on about. Who cares what vessels they use when the food tastes so good? Also, the name of the restaurant is Sodabottleopenerwala.
@@g.l.8319 He has a point. The oven is rather dirty. Any restaurant should maintain standard hygienic kitchens. Esp since they charge so much.
At first i didnt see what you guys meant by dirty until i look at 6:00 then yeah, partially agree they just need to clean that oven out a bit
