- It's been a very long time since I have made a video and uploaded it. I am very sorry for that! Not only have I been busy, but I was having problems with CZcams. But I have fixed everything (hopefully) and now I am back!
So I am continuing on with songs from The Lion King 2 :)
Facts About: "Love Will Find A Way"
- Kiara and Kovu's first encounter following Kovu's banishment where they decide their love is too strong for their differences to keep them apart.
-Similar to "Can You Feel the Love Tonight".
- Liz Callaway and Gene Miller provide the singing voices for Kiara and Kovu in the film.

One thing I never noticed for years but now absolutely love:
Kiara and Kovu NEVER confess their love verbally. Before this, they were just best friends who secretly loved each other, but never told the other. But when they finally reunite, they rush to each other, the separation making them realize how much they need each other.
They weren't hesitant to show their feelings in this moment, scared or unsure if the other didn't like them back. They didn't NEED the other to tell them they loved them. They just knew they were made for each other.

Elton John or Beyoncé singing it didn’t do anything to me. Still love Elton for writing the songs for the Lion King, don’t get me wrong. Love Will Find a Way tho, my little cousin could be singing it and I’d feel emotional

Nice choice. Mine is literally the chorus, "I know, Love will find a way". It shows me that whatever's meant to be will be in the end, and true love prevails through anything.

I really like how with this and Can You Feel The Love Tonight the song is not done outwardly by our leads, but done as an unspoken thought and communicated internally and through expression. Much more powerful than outward singing and I wish Disney did this more with their films.

11 years later I am listening and watching this. And 11 years ago I was a little kid watching this. And all those years... I still love Disney,

This film may not be my favorite Lion King film, but this is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Lion King song! It NEVER fails to move me to tears and bring chills down my spine! In fact, it was the very first song in my entire life to ever do so. I was only six years old when this movie came out in 1998, but I think I was either 8 or 9 when I finally started to understand the hidden meanings and the “emotional depths” of movies and songs, and this song blew me away and still continues to do so!
Would say you also LOVED how the way Simba acted towards his daughter, Kovu, and (possibly) his father, Mufasa for the way he treated them???
@@Elysia63 his daughter is Kiara. Kovu was Zira’s son whom Kiara fell in love with. And no, I always get angry at the way Simba treats Kovu. He’s saying “we are one” and then half an hour later he refuses to hear Kovu’s side of the story and banishes him! What a total hypocrite! And Mufasa had nothing to do with any of this because he was dead. Everyone keeps on thinking Scar is Kovu’s father because they’re both dark-maned lions, but that’s actually false. Just look it up on the Disney Wikia website. Just because Scar actually chose Kovu as his heir doesn’t make him his son
@@TCWRebelsResistanceWords True. But also, when I said Mufasa, I meant that it was all _his_ idea to have his granddaughter fall in love with Kovu. That had been his plan ALL ALONG. Because from in the Heavens, he had seen that the *Circle of Life* was broken and he was using his granddaughter, Kiara to fix it. That's why he made his son and daughter-in-law to have daughter because Kiara was *the key* to fixing it. But then yes, Simba was a TOTAL hypocrite when he banished Kovu for something he didn't do and had nothing to do with it either. And in a deleted script that was cast out by the directors, Mufasa says to his son:
*Mufasa: "You have let your family break apart. And in doing so, YOU have broken the Circle of Life."*
this is my childhood movie and always will be and the 2019 version can go pound sand.

Ngl, this song hits differently when you're gay. Like, I've always found TLK to be my favourite Disney franchise and this song to be my favourite Disney love song of all time, ever since I was little, but after coming out as lesbian and since I started dating my girlfriend, literally all of the lyrics started to hit much much closer to home, especially "in a perfect world, one we've never known, we would never need to face the world alone" and "I was so afraid, now I realise, love is never wrong, and so it never dies". That pretty much sums up my experiences from being afraid and hiding in the closet, hoping for a better world where I wouldn't be judged, to where I am now: happy and proud to date another girl because I've realised that "love is never wrong". It's such a nice song and it's perfect in so many ways. I will never stop listening to this.

I loved Lion King 2.... Contrary to what a lot of people think about sequels these days it was a great follow up to the original Lion King. I actually like the soundtrack in this movie a bit more too.
It’s so hard to sing this without getting emotional, so beautiful and pretty. But it’s also true, love IS never wrong, and so it NEVER dies. It lives in all of us, every single one of us. Every creature, young and old, big and small.

I know after Simba banished Kovu from the Pridelands, he had his daughter be sealed up in Pride Rock like a prisoner all because of what happened from the ambush he got himself and Kovu into

While the actual scene might not be in this video, if you do watch the scene. It transitions from Kiara in a green land, with water, and wildlife, and seeing her face half and half. Then she goes to hills that are covered in ash, accepting that Kovu means enough to her, so much so that she'd be willing to leave the life she's known, and the luxury she has, just to be with Kovu.
and it ended well in the ending of Lion King 2.

I remember, watching this movie in, like, 2008 or something on Disney Channel, I thought that it had just come out and I was so excited 😂 I was six years old, watching it for the first time like ‘ wow, what a time to be alive. This is such a good movie. ‘ I didn’t found out until later that it came out in 1998 😂 But it’s still a great movie with great music. Potentially one of my favorite Disney sequels.
