    This is heaven sent. The best wind playing imaginable in so many ways. It is like one fantastic organic instrument. The first oboist is quite frankly out of this world- and look how they manage without anything more than his spectacular leadership. The 2.16 piano entry is a miracle. How Mozart would have been overjoyed to hear this.

    This is without a doubt beautiful music, but I think there is a point when the body of the performer can become TOO expressive and borderline inappropriate with all those distracting motions. I understand the principal oboe is giving the tempo, but they're all professionals. Do they really need him dancing in his chair like that? I get it, they're enjoying themselves, but it almost seems pretentious.
