Week 2 of instructional coach training: Get Better Faster coaching models & new teacher cart!

Hi y'all! This was week 2 of instructional coach training. This week we dived deep into coaching models and what the teacher-coach relationship should look like. We will be implementing specific models from "Get Better Faster" by Paul Bambrick-Santoyo like See it, Name it, Do it. We ended the week with a lovely surprise which included an awesome new teacher cart, some supplies, and a backpack!
