This is exactly what I thought. I prepared for screams and lowered down volume because I have headphones in my ears and was so pleasantly surprised when I heard them just clapping and not screaming like other people always do.
Qisthi Keenan I don’t see what’s the issue with that? In other interviews she sits on the side she’s also allowed and should sit anywhere she wants with out this movie wouldn’t even exist she wrote the book 🤷🏻♀️🤦♀️
The story line wasn’t the best honestly the actors were amazing but the directing and production could’ve been better. The movie downplayed the book into a cliche

No tea no shade but how come everyone wants to make it seem like Josephine was their first choice for Tessa? Like Julia was set to play her but she had to pull out due to scheduling issues. Don't get me wrong I think Josephine, from what I've seen, has done a great job portraying Tessa but it seems like Julia has been totally forgotten.

Like I said, from what I've seen, she's done a great job, I'm just curious as to why they paint her as their first choice. It makes me wonder what Julia had that made them choose her over Josephine. Regardless I believe that everything happens for a reason and I think that Josephine has done a great job at portraying Tessa. (From what I've seen that is.) Can't really tell 100% until the movie comes out which I can't wait for.
Lucid Reader Tbh I don’t see the point of them bringing her up at all. Josephine didn’t audition for Tessa originally so it’s not like Anna chose Julia first over Josephine. They didn’t know she existed but as soon as they saw her face they knew she would be perfect for the role. I bet if she auditioned first, they would’ve picked her instead

I do however, see a point in bringing Julia up because I wonder what the movie would be like if she stayed on or what would it be like of Josephine in end got the part of Molly instead of Innana. It's an interesting way of looking at things. A lot of people like to look back and wonder what a movie would be like if another actress/actor had been cast. I think that Josephine, (LIKE I SAID) has done a good so far from what I've seen as Tessa, but we haven't seen the movie so we can't say 100% sure. So I'm sorry if my bringing up Julia triggered you in anyway but I just find it interesting that we don't hear much about Julia.
