Mayhem: The Medic's MacGuffin Commentary & BTS

A little intro, context, and peek behind the scenes, with a commentary from one of the makers of the 2024 Paddy Crean Workshop battle video project, The Medic's MacGuffin.
While previous side-project videos from the Paddy were also thrown together in limited time, they allowed for people to come and go without the need to keep a large group entertained at all times or not feeling left out/bored, they allowed for multiple takes of each phrase so you could get more and better takes (at least in theory) and edit together the best ones, you had more ability to control the pace and story with editing, and there could be a single director/camera person instead of three or four units running concurrently but having to come together. It was an interesting challenge, doing this as a first-person fake-oner with all hands on deck, and if anything, we had too many competent coordinators in the room all at once! Inevitably folks didn't get to show all they are capable of, but we tried to give everyone a chance to do something.
