Is there a script like this but for Maya? I am currently using Boujou as my video tracking software - and then Maya and After Effects, and although it gives brilliant results (as can be seen in my videos), i would rather be able to just work in Aftert Effects and Maya. Less software to deal with.

Do you need to render each and every frame manually? Adding the video frame as 'background' in V-Ray renderer?
no, the background won't be saved. If you save as a PNG you can just drop the renders onto the sequence in after effects.
