Friend of mine said he was going to Wacken '22, which was a great conversation. I Been there in Wacken '97. OH did I Mention we are now in North Idaho. Watching the evolution of this band from comedy folk novelty act to world class metal phenomenon has been one of the musical highlights of the last decade. And what's more, they're all lovely people who deserve every bit of it.
Ich möchte nur nochmal daran erinnern, dass an dem Tag ca 35° waren, zu der Zeit vielleicht noch 26, das alles in der Montur durchzuziehen ist krass!
Can we just marvel for a moment at the skill of Johanna? She seems to play so effortlessly, always looks so happy, and really takes this bands' songs to the next level. And she also plays the hurdy-gurdy?? We are blessed that she chose to pursue a career in music ❤

I will never get tired of listening to this band, I hope one day to see them live, I have no idea what the lyrics are for the most part because I don't speak german and yet everytime I watch them play i can't stop smilling, such amazing energy and epic music. Also the fact they play dragostea din tei all the time, is amazing to me being romanian haha. Keep being awesome \m/

So well deserved! My first time ever travelling to Germany was in 2012 and I got to see my first Feuerschwanz show at the MPS in Köln. You were always fun and full of charisma, but the band growing to this size and level is an immense accomplishment. Very few in North America can grasp what they don't get to exist in the mittelalter scene in Germany, and I am lucky I have gotten to see you all a number of times over the years when I have travelled. And the next will be soon at Metalitalia Festival! Bringt den Hammer an die Macht! \m/

You all are totally badass. Your music is the music of heroes and legends.
Stumbled back into this months late. Funny thing is, when you see bands on big stages like Wacken, a lot of the time the audience came knowing what they were getting and are fired up from the beginning. This time it seemed like you got a lot of folks who either didn't know the band well or didn't really know what to expect from you live. The first few numbers are BANGERS and yet the audience doesn't seem to be infused with the same energy you guys have.
Then somewhere around Metfest, you can hear them start to catch. The voices join in with the choruses. Then Ultima Nocte starts them moving... Schubsetanz sets them slamming... and that's it, the audience are boiling with the same energy and joy as you. That's how *infectious* your groove is. It's impossible to listen to this all the way through without bouncing around in your chair. And when Melissa walks on stage... the roar!
I speak maybe 10 words of German total and I'd still travel to see you guys. An amazing show.

Ich hab die vor x Jahren Morgens um 11 auf dem Mera in Hasenkostümen gesehen und gesagt: "Die werden dereinst Wacken abreißen!" - und ich hatte recht :)
So ein gutes Set und so gut gesungen und gespielt. Hört man echt selten soooo guuut!!!!! Bin froh das ich sie schon live sehen durfte auch wenn es eine gefühlte Ewigkeit her ist im capitol in Hannover als Verband von letzte Instanz. Eine tolle Band und super muke.

Really hoping the next time my weird career takes me to Germany, I can somehow wrangle it to coincide with one of your gigs. Never been to a metal show in Germany and my German is barely existent, so I have no idea how that night will go, but you guys are badass enough live to make it worth it. (Plus great taste in support acts!)
