Nice video! I’m new to the OSSC, will you be doing optimal settings for the PS2? Would love to set up mine but lost with all the options

Great video, helps a lot on settings up a DC. How do you set a name to the Profile?

What capture device did you use to get footage on those settings?
The moment I mess with the timings, my capture card says the resolution is out of signal range, and the moment I use Line2X, the audio only plays on one source. (I'm splitting between my TV and a capture card)
I'm using an AverMedia Live Gamer HD 2, but heavily considering switching.

I'm using an Elgato HD60 Pro internal capture card. It's able to detect signals 480p and higher.. So passthrough for like 240p games wouldn't work but since the Wii is 480p passthrough or 960p Line 2x. It has no issues. I recorded all of this through OBS as well.

@@LeviTheRelentless I see. Thanks for the information! I may very well go with the HD60 Pro, then. You're pretty much the only person so far who's managed to put out quality this crystal clear off genuine DC hardware. I pretty much bought an OSSC because of this video! :D

Can you output 1080p with dreamcast & OSSC? my tv supports only 720p 1080p

Maximum output for 480p consoles (Wii/Dreamcast) is 1280x960 which is Line 2x and the largest 4:3 resolution. You can use that with your TV and it shouldn't be an issue in that mode. You'll just have letterboxing because it's 16:9

I'm doing so with the mclassic. It looks amazing. Wobbling pixels has a video that shows how to easily get the two to work together.
