In general, checkpoints are not a problem but they are set up to counteract crime and need to be used for such purpose only.

Of course it's a tough job and you have to deal with all sorts, but you can see in this one video the difference between the two Guards. One is on a power trip giving attitude from the beginning, the other is professional, in the face of attitude, the whole time.

I was on a bus 140 SG68 came two men, drunk, one was in a green jacket the other in a gray jacket, all drenched with beer. They smelled of fumes. They sat on my left and talked about something.
