Thanks for the lessons, the stars, the entertainment, and the memories of Saturday matinees full of screams and laughter. Roger Corman, my hero.

A lot of UHF stations programmed a lot of hours with Roger Corman films in the 60’s and 70’s.

Oh, wow. What a great upload. I'm a huge fan of his Vincent Price collaborations. They hold up quite well. For such low budgets, they had a lush, otherworldly and timeless feel. They come in a close second to the Hammer Horror Films of the 50's, 60's and 70's.

Letterman was a bit rude to Roger's movies. Not all of them were "silly". Roger Corman did a fantastic job with the budget he was using. Many of his films were lovely.

Apollo 13 right? He's standing in the audience when Tom Hanks is giving a tour of the NASA facilities. He's the one that asks the question that since we've already been to moon, why should we go back again. I'd recognize that face anywhere and I didn't know who he was until now.

Notice how the Charles Bronson movie was called "Machine Gun Kelly" who is now a famous present day While rap artist. I wonder where he got his name from? I bet no one under 30 knows the origin of his name.
