Finally, finally, finally. For anyone that thought it was a myth including myself. Here is the greatest B-movie ever, IMHO. I saw this movie as a teenager back in the late 70's and was as entertained by the sound effects that amplified the weed I was smoking, as I was by the storyline itself. Great, great post.
@@alfredalbert7803 I saw it in 1977 when it first came out. I never came across it again, until now. I'm glad I came across it. This movie was pretty strong for the time .
thanks for this upload, remember seeing this once as a kid but my mind couldn't wrap around the story. Aged good though. Still, I can't help but notice the almost identical story / plot reflected in 'Mean Johnny Barrows' movie.
I was told we couldn’t see it after the Farmers in the early Eighties got kind of Militant and pissed about the Banks taking back Farms/land from them . I knew that some Farm Organization’s were seriously taking a Stand that had the Government concerned . I saw this at Drive in theater in 77 and never saw it again till now,but definitely understand there comes a time when people have no real choice but to take a stand and do what needs to be done . This movie was pretty raw and bloody for the time
Oh my God! Someone actually took the time to upload this?! Halle-fucking-lujah!!! While I admit I am attempting to get over a bad pop culture addiction that consumed and nearly destroyed my life (its a complicated matter I won't get into here), this is one of those films that I've heard about as a sort of cinematic urban legend for soooo long and really wanted to see it (and still do) based on how violent I've read this movie is (hopefully the uploader didn't censor/edit it for content) but also because I still have a soft spot in my heart for revenge/vigilante flicks, especially now with all the increasing reports of violent crime spiraling out of control. Much kudos for uploading!!!
Just shows you that a lot of unavailable films aren't truly lost, just being withheld for whatever reasons. Maybe there's still hope for BELIEVE IN ME, THE MALTESE BIPPY, 2000 YEARS LATER, LET'S GO FOR BROKE, and THE MAGIC WORLD OF TOPO GIGIO.
Glad to finally see this, I figured we’d see The Day the Clown Cried before this would finally be re released by the chuckleheads who own the rights and sat on it for over a decade.
I think this movie would have been a lot better had it been done in the current day it was filmed (1977) instead of doing it back around WWII. That’s just my opinion anyway.
Wow, I've been waiting for this for decades, now I can finally see this lost film legend !! Gary Conway is the man !! Thanks for posting.

I understand about a pop culture addiction. And it can destroy your life.

Then they'd have to make him a Vietnam vet.
