The rain bow is a promise from Jesus that never again will he flood the earth and it is a everlasting covenant with all the living creatures that he made 😂

Spot on. Way too many laodiceans try to make excuses for it or justify it; the simple fact that they take pride in the shame acts commited in their lifestyle speaks volumes. Basically using it as a cover for the hurt and vapidness that swallows them up.

Here’s my take on it (warning yap sesh ahead)
Pride, biblically I think is exalting yourself. Saying “I’m great, I am superior to others, I deserve this because I am great”. And so on. It’s an unearned sense of superiority.
But we can all agree it’s fine to like yourself and have a healthy self esteem. That’s not the same as the sin of pride. God wouldn’t want us to hate and despise ourselves, because he created us with inherent value.
And it’s fine to be proud of yourself if you complete a project or meet a goal you have for example. Because you did that, of course God gave you the ABILITY to do so and that should always be recognized. But you could have chosen to not do it, or failed. Therefore you deserve some credit as well.
If your pride is excessive, or you start to see God as your equal or think you know better than God or place yourself above him or others and demean them then yes it’s sinful. Because what is sin? It’s turning away from God. It’s something that gets in between your relationship with God. It’s not just a checklist of little rules God has for you, it’s generally “missing the mark” so to speak. Something that becomes sinful for one person may not be for another.
It isn’t that pride is inherently sinful, but that it can lead to sin. In the same way alcohol isn’t inherently sinful or a bad thing but being an alcoholic is. That’s how I view it anyways

Couldn't have said it better. Of course you should love yourself and be proud of yourself when achieving goals or something but you should always know your place

things like that are always never clear cut, never dualistic, never just material or inmaterial, nor just black and white, it's a spectrum, the universe is continuous, with changes going from one end to the other, what makes something sinful requires the environment and sentience around that play a role contributing to whatever outcome it may lead to, consider this: someone defines doing a 360 flip on an aircraft being inherently sinful, now, how about we change some parameters, the plane is a fighter jet, the pilot is a highly experienced pilot with great manuveuring skills, the fighter jet is equipped with thrusters allowing extreme manuveur, the airspace around is empty and free from aircrafts or birds, the fighter jet has advanced subsystems to control the more intensive tasks and leaving the pilot with minimalistic controls, yet still reliable, and finally, this fighter jet is flying on another planet as a first human mission to test out high speed aircraft under different atmosphere, all these added together, seemingly negate the notion of sin yet when people bring up sin, they can only come up with one scenario ever, and in this case with LGBTQ, those who are deeply offended are but imagining themselves being the one subjected to the homosexual behaviour etc, invoking immediate fight or flight response, triggering emotions, leading to words of disgust and hatred, in a way, language also has some kind of muscle memory, coz afterall, we speak by articulating our facial muscles, voice box, lungs and so on, it's natural to consider the hypothesis that the physiological response also influence directly the words they use, so inherently, language, or spoken language is similar to the movement of other parts of the body including violence such as punches and kicks
