We had submitted our original Marksheets which was to be returned after completing our 3rd month but they sure had misplaced it and told us that it was given to us. When actually it wasn't given!!!

No that is not true, you can use the experience in any other BPO companies, I have friends who are working in Amex, encore and other companies after getting experience from IE.
I don’t think anyone works in BPO for fun .. I worked because of financial limitations of my family .. it helped me out and made me financially stable.. and then continued with my studies and now working in fovt sector … but the experiences were life worth the sacrifices .. worked in Vertex India N Amex … the best professional enrichment I got there .. haha I miss those days but now I cannot imagine my body doing a graveyard shift ..
Thank you. Working in BPO can be hectic with lot of pressures, but at the same time it’s an experience and you learn a lot of things. House rent? Depends on the area. If you stay in the commercial area it’s quite expensive. If it’s a little outskirt, you will get 1bhk rent within 8-12k.
I have been searching for this company for a long time, and my friend suggested it to me. However my qualification is only Class 12. Can I apply to this company? I have experience in BPO international call centers in Siliguri. My roles included serving in survey, life insurance, and broadband outbound call centers.
I quit working in (Aegis startek) Bangalore , because our team leader was too cocky ,he reprimand his agents brutally and also used vulgar languages with the agents verbally for me that is unbearable. After two months passed by our 18 mates stopped going to the office to log in out of 21 .Later or sonner our manager came to know that something was wrong , without any hesitation he fired our TL . And that is the end of my story .
