They are true, I have lagna lord in lagna (libra ascendant, but it is ascpeted by Saturn) so results vary in my case, my dad has his lagna lord in 2nd house (planet is debilitated) but still thing mentioned hold true for him(he is voracious reader, popular amaong women, happy, good natured etc, my husband has his lagna lord in 3rd house yes true for him too(valour, wealth,happy, intelligent but i'm his only wife so far). My son has lagna lord in 8th house and I was always worried that it is bad, he could say 25 slokas by the time he was 11/2 years, he has learnt entire bhagvad gita by heart (he can recite the entire 700 slokas without looking at the book), loves playing violin (i feel he kind of goes into trans while playing it) , he keeps falling sick.
Make your son a great devotee. It's the essence. All jyotish all vedas all vedanta all purana. This is the essence. Else there is absolutely no way to come out of karmic chain.

Till date I face so much humiliation without reason because sun is in 8th house.
Saturn is in 10 house so status will improve slowly and 11th house is house of upchya (grow with time). In my early 30s I sifted in foreign country and day by day doing well and my respect in society is going well ( without reason) as I am earning well . It's kalyug you will respect only by your money.
About many spouses yes I broke 2 marriage. And I havnt cross 40 yet. But can't say anything for future.

I think 4th bhava also symbolises death bed in other words, condition or circumstances the of native at the time of death.
4 th house also shows the energy of 8th house so the 4th house gives the hint of death.
