There are no "tax" dollars going to Ukraine as all "income tax" collections go to interest payments only. This is from a report back in the Reagan era and interest has only increased since then. The "dollars" that they create out of thin air are FRN notes and they are the property of the private for profit corporation called the Federal Reserve.
