@6:00 "it's not the most exciting job, stacking bales", No its not but when its done well by a guy that knows what he's doing, with no over revving and no trying to pick up too much in one go etc. it's very satisfying to watch.👍
Very much so
Cracking video as ever Andy, John Deere action all the way! Your JCB loader looked up to your usual clean standard - absolute credit to you!

I've never seen one of those wrappers working up close, that is amazing... Love your vids, reminds of 'back in the day' when I worked on arable farms in my 20s.
Ah the old intro much preferred
Great vid
WOW, great watching the crop getting baled and that wrapper was amazing...Here in the USA, from the farming vids I have watched. the crop is baled in round bales instead of your square like ones. lov your vids
Always enjoy your videos
That's a fair load for the 6910 🤔 always hated stackin bales much preferred carting them 😂👍
Amazing stuff Andy the videos are amazing lately 👍👍
There always amazing
Another great video Andy. You make it look so simple because you care about thing and are highly skilled. Keep it up. So many younger people today don't give a 5hit!
First. Great vid. Keep up the great work
As usual, good video, nice looking silage and tidy stacking.
Like the intro, better than the previous
Very good video Andy!!!
Have a good weekend. 👍🏻
Some lovely clips there
Top video Andy 👌
I am a HGV driver and i thought i did excessive hours ! But you farmers do work long hours plus you are so multi skilled . Quite impressive really.
Great video nice looking bale's have a good weekend cheers 👍
Nice video, good to see some good stacking going on. Seems like grass yields are low all around this year, hopefully with a bit of fertiliser and rain the second cut will be better else I think plenty of us will be running short. You're certainly lucky to have the 400 bales on stock from last year.
Great video and the mowing video was top class 👍👌👏✌
great video as always
Good video nice working on the farm
good video andy
This is class man👌
Very enjoyable as usual 👍👌
love the into
This year is a repeat of the year before last! Least I might get some hay sold this year 😂. I'm still surprised you don't have a baler and wrapper on the farms
Great video
Another great video, everyone seems to be down on grass first cut. Down here in Devon we have big cracks in the ground so an odd shower won't really be enough. Keep up the good work and keep the green machines running, how many cuts will you hope to get off, weather permitting. Cheers.
Good video!
Ahhh, too late, now I have to talk to the wife... and I've been waiting for this video!
Great Video 👏👏👌🏻👍
12:31 I thought you said something else, but it was bull shed. :)
New intro is good
nice that Claas
Great video Andy, there's only man on CZcams who can stack bales and thats the legend!! Good you get plenty of help. Does George work with Jeremy normally or another neighbour? Contractor to clean the grain store havent you got time to do it!!!
Hi there the Haylage looks nice we have not done any yet we are still on first cut silage hopefully next week if the weather is good we have got a couple of customers that are going to start their Haylage whats the crop like on your grass as tonnage can be down on grass at the minute but we hope it get better soon really love the channel hope you are ok and well and safe as can be with this covid
Yay the old intro song
1:37 dog peas on bit you missed with mower😂
Strimmer at night makes up the mistakes😁😁
Love the video and farming. Just wondering, why don't stack the bales any higher?
great stuff andy what weight is one of those bales stay safe
Great vid, the normal into is better though 👍👍
Why do you put your grab aiming down when reversing after dropping of the bails? Is it just so you don’t hit anything?
Any chance of explaining Haylage vs Silage and why you'd use one over the other. Are there economic or livestock advantages?
270 bales of 20 hectares (my calculator says this ;) ) ain't to bad due to the circumstances i guess. We baled 3 hectares (the other 13 wasn't quite worth mowing yet) yesterday and we got 37 bales (160x120x70). We were suprised, since we don't even got 20 millimeters of rain since the middle of march. (here is the middle of the Netherlands)
New sub here , very popular videos on farming not to mention therapeutic id say for me to watch and the ever popular game Farm sim. you should check out a amazing guy called Harmless Farmer on his you tube channel what a legend, tell him i said hi. oh where in the country are you farming im up here in Fife scotland not a farmer but worked on dairy farm many moons ago.Now for last 25 years hgv driver .till next time be good if not be careful.
What would your cost per bale be using a round baler vs the square baler? We use round because equipment cost is alot lower.
Andy what brand of drone do you use? Thanks in advance.
Was the clip of the fastrac from last year?
I think bill has the best tractor there
Hi why do you do square wrapped bales not round rap or pit
Are you a family farm or a cooperative? I get confused with farm 1 2 3 etc. You have beef and dairy?
Do you ever spread slurry on your land

It actually works out cheaper to make clamp silage once you get the pit put up me and my boss talked about it and we used to make 600 round bales and the cost of it for a contractor to do was 15 000 £ but to fill a clamp of silage it was only £4000 and they had it done in a day
I agree, but son want's to do bales....then of course he can sell 'em and probably make more money than feeding them to our livestock...(thus, we keep less big livestock..) Different farms - Different business plans - Different bosses...!!
Is your local dealer sharmans
What happens to the wrap when it's taken off? Is it degradeable or do you bin it or send it to a recyclers?
Recycled
What's the difference between unwrapped hay bales, haylage and silage? Thanks
hay bales unwrapped have to be completely dry or else they will heat and rot the same as straw.Haylage bales have slight dampness or green bits in them thats why they need to be wrapped and as for silage it must be wrapped straight after baling or putting in a clamp because in silage the sugars start the heating process (fermenting) which turns the grass into silage
Would ur tractor pull that baler Andy
Joe Inglis, It would probably pull 2 balers
Why haylage and not silage if it's being fed to cows not horses?
As u just said not cheap getting some to bail and wrapping... for the 2nd time why dont u have yr own bailer and wrapper?
Cause they ain't cheap either
Do you silo any ?
YOU NEED BIG SHOTGUN FOR CROWS . Like videos TXS
Great video mate why don't you clamp your silage
Watch the video
Just think of how much less hassle and ozone friendly clamp silage is because there is significantly less plastic
The haylage wrap is recycled
Grassmen i love your videos, but Carbon and black smoke . dinosaur way of thinking, Time you got green like the grass u cut. Don't fail on nature
