Absolutely.
I keep asking myself what "all in" would look like for me. There would be sacrifices. If I could commit to living this way for six months, I know the blessings would be so prevalent that I would never want to go back. It could change me and my family forever.
I've been feeling this exact same thing! I've been in one of those stagnant ruts for a while and this is what I needed. There are things that I'm still holding onto like the rich young ruler. Heavenly Father sure is patient with me as I try to figure out how to give my whole self 😂
I've done this and I can confirm this is exactly what happens. Please give it your all. Christ will be there for you. There is not a single time he has allowed me to remain disappointed or overwhelmed.
I will never forget quitting coffee ☕️ lol I didn’t understand at first, but then I was blessed with the ability to stop smoking, and then cussing. Then I understood why, because God knows best. 3 year convert here! And after that I stopped everything the spirit led me to stop. Obedience is worth it. It’s the ultimate form of love and loyalty.

How could someone not like this talk about Jesus Christ and teaching us to devote our life over to Jesus. Maybe they could not feel the spirit when Elder Holland was speaking and give up or left out of the circle of Jesus Christ.

Wow - As a Latter-day Saint Scouter - I found several of this morning's conference messages highly fortifying for the work I doing in Scouting as a Disciple of Christ. These talks we will link to in the scouting channels where we teach the youth of the world what means to "Do Your Duty to God" and "A Scout is Reverent".
Pres Nelson's welcoming invite to seek "Pure Truth", "Pure Doctrine" and "Pure Revelation" is a great example of this theme.
Elder Holland's talk had two super examples for me as an LDS Scouter- one is the new testament parable of the wealthy servant who is asked to give of his all to others in order to attain eternal life. Likewise was his other dramatic example from 4th Nephi about the happiest people on earth.
And notice how Elder Christofferson later that morning repeated Holland's emphasis about the 4th Nephi Story.
I'm so much excited about your comments. As I listen very carefully today and onwards I'm focusing on what the Lord want me to do and become.
I live in a different world thanks to the connection that I have with my Heavenly Father. The True Love that I feel being in a beautiful warm Realm of Love and Peace. The beautiful spirit dwells within me as I feel the presense of the Heavenly Father and Bask in the presense of Heaven 24 hours a day. I feel the Father and his Loven for me inside my body. All I can do is react to it's beautiful feeling with my soft Loven tears of overwhelming Joy and Happiness. I walk around all day with this on my countance around people I don't know and say to myself I wished they could feel this powerful Love of the Father inside my body and for them to be convinced of his true being. I walk around in Awwwww and try to understand why I can feel these beautiful things inside my body and only few people on the Face of the Earth can. I love this feeling and the presense of God inside of me beyond Sacredness and Miracles. I want to find other LDS Members that can feel these things inside their bodies too bc of my everlonging and everlasting faith of Love in the Heavenly Father and Savior that I cherish with each breath I take. They are everything and are beautiful beyond words. They are my True Love.
I just want soo badly for people to feel what I feel inside my body. I want people to share a greater connection with their Heavenly Father inside their body like I do.
This is the gift of the Holy Ghost. Kneel in humility and give thanks.

22 yr addict here ☝🏽 female and 3 year convert. I gave up the life to take up my cross! It is this gospel and this gospel ONLY that has helped me be made whole 💕 my conversion story is at the bottom of the videos on my page. I also spoke about my conversion at the New Converts Devotional, twice! That video is on there as well. I’m 3 years sober with no relapse for the first time in 22 years.

The love of God is to be the children of Christ.
No conflict takes , spiritual momentum to bring to past the dead in the living forgiving and be thy will in the temple being born again and looking forward to the coming of chist by the holy Ghost and the second Jesus Christ name , the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints , repenting and being baptized new members born in the Covenant to teaching children how we be together going in different directions to finding the beginning with the ends that ends the beginning to be sealed together as husband and wife a new and everlasting covenant that makes One born again by faith tell knowledge comes and knowledge tell faith comes doing the work turning the hearts of the children to their fathers and the fathers to their children as Christ does so can his children be one with no contention in the kingdom of God.

How can one be counted as a member of a group when they are not accepted as a member of the group?
As a church and as members we do not accept all people as they are and as such we will continue to have '-ites' among us as we seek to change others.
Jesus Christ is the one who changes others through transformation and conformation. He invites all to come unto Him, from where they are but not to remain as they are. He sets conditions conditions.
That said, whio do you think we are not accepting?

I respectfully disagree with what you said about Elder Holland giving millions of dollars to others. Jesus Christ wasn't implying that all of us should give all that we have, financially so that we are penniless and homeless, than choose to follow him. I believe that Christ wanted to teach this rich young ruler, as well as all of us, the eternal value of personal spiritual sacrifice, which includes giving up our "favorite sins,"
to better follow him. What are we holding on to, that can interfere with Christ's commandment to love God with all our heart, and to love our neighbors as ourselves?

When an individual has and believes in a “false jesus” ( a created being ) they are undelivered and both without the TRUE JESUS ( eternally existing, uncreated) and THE ONE TRUE GOD (eternally existing, uncreated).
Because the TRUE JESUS ( fully God and fully man, eternally existing and uncreated) IS THE ONE TRUE GOD. This is the only Jesus that delivers souls.
