  • One of the most popular tax havens in the world is Hong Kong.
It doesn’t tax corporate profits made outside the territory.
The local government encouraged foreign investment.
And the companies that choose to do business in Hong Kong will find a generous 0% VAT on goods and services sold.
However, while commonly known as a tax haven, Hong Kong is much more than that.

Nice informative video. It is a good help to see the panorama of opportunities that Hong Kong offers to all entrepreneurs, especially from EU. Here, the tax pressure is so difficult for all small businesses, as we have to pay upfront, even if we don't have enough income at the beginning. Good job, Vivian, and to your team. All the best for 2024.

Singapore vs Hong Kong which is a better place to incorporate a company?
also what about Hong Kong political issues with china? What are the chances that it might effect businesses in Hong Kong?

Hi there, our opinion is that HK and China remain open for business. If your primary business is to deal with US customers and companies and have operations in the US, then you may want to set up a US company. But if your business involves dealing with Asia, then in my view Hong Kong remains the best location to set up a company (you can check our many videos for why). As usual, contact me Vivian at +85298138802 if you are interested in incorporating a company in HK or SG. Cheers

You still pay federal tax even if state tax is zero. I believe it's 21%?
