- In this episode we made our way through the forest to my bushcraft camp, we quickly made a fire and got the kettle on for tea, we scouted the area together Hunting for small game with our slingshots, I returned to camp to tend the fire and Paul continued to hunt and took a hen pheasant with a clean neck shot, which we cooked over the fire.
My kit included my Titan hunter slingshot, esee knife, silky gomboy 300, wetterlings hatchet, openil saw, mess kit and a few other bits and bobs. Thanks for watching guys - Jak na to + styl

Another good vid Chris cheers.... I don't get out, so I make indoor slingshot my hobby (using 6mm plastic BB's). I've come up with a target setup using neodymium magnets, a steel ruler or old hacksaw blade, some tape and one pence metallic coins. I put Velcro cut to coin size on the coins leaving the white back tape still on. Tape the magnets to the ruler, two magnets per target and seat the coins standing up on them. Put the ruler with targets on, into slots in a box with a back drop cloth and a shallow sloping cardboard (cereal box) to catch the BB's into a tray. Works a treat. Can't wait til tomorrow to get more shots off :-) Also found that focusing on the reference with the dominant eye (both eyes open) gives really good accuracy. ATB.

Catapult Carnage great lil setup there pal , is that the black gzk ? Feels like a really old school band I highly rate it, extremely durable one of the best bands I’ve used in a very long time in cold weather, phezz looked tasty 😋👍🏻keep them coming pal and who needs a knife to cut it when you’ve a axe lol👍🏻

I’m not being that guy, but not really haha! Pheasants/grouse/quail are talked about like mythical unicorns and morning doves are outlawed now. Just got squirrel and rabbits. Thankful to have them cause they are consistently around. My plan is to move to more rich hunting ground.
@@Ttftalk the reason why we have alot of pheasants here is because the shooting clubs every year reintroduce 100s of birds into shooting grounds, they spread out across the country so this constantly feeds wild populations
That makes sense, they do similar things for hunting in other states. In Michigan, they push conservation but one winter can wipe out the majority of the population. I’m sure soon, hopefully, we will have the similar standards to introduce birds.

love the catch and cook vids, Do you guys have any predators over there in your bushes you have to watch out for? Im in Alberta we have Black bear , grizzly , cougars / mountain lions ect. Great video
The only predator like that we have is red fox's, bears, wolves etc were all killed off hundreds of years ago
He only has to look out for Karens , the most dangerous animal of the free world......oh and the Gamekeeper :)
